For years, I woke up already feeling uncomfortable in my own body.
I was constantly bloated. The kind that makes you feel heavy, sluggish, and self-conscious. I tried everything: cutting carbs and sugar, eating cleaner, taking probiotics, following every new wellness trend. Nothing lasted. By afternoon, I was exhausted, foggy, and irritated for no clear reason.
My skin broke out randomly. Some days I looked puffy and inflamed. I had flare-ups of stomach pain that made even small meals feel like too much.
Emotionally, I felt stuck in a loop of frustration. I wanted to feel light, confident, and energized again, but instead I felt drained and out of control. I didn’t feel like myself anymore.
